GTF3 Championship

We want to offer competition and challenges to all drivers that take part but also focus on building a fun and supportive community. League races will be on Sundays with Qualifying for the first race starting at 8pm BST. Practice will open up for the first race at least 15 minutes before Qualifying.

Each race event will comprise of two races.

The first being a 20-minute F3 sprint race followed by a 45-minute GT3 race.

20 Min Sprint Race

The Dallara F3 will be used for the 20 minute sprint race.

45 Minute Feature Race

A choice of GT3 cars including the Ferrari, Lambo, BMW GT3 Prototype, Mercedes and McLaren

  • Fixed Setup

  • Reverse Grid (based on F3 result)

  • Rolling Start

  • 15 Minutes Practice

  • 45 Minutes Feature Race

  • 50% Fuel limit

  • 2 x Fast Repair

League Minimum Requirements

  • D Class and above

  • Good sense of humour

 

League Rules

Having fun is the most important thing that matters to us, however, to enable everyone to have fun we do need a few rules of engagement.

All drivers are expected to have read and understood Iracing’s own drivers code of conduct.

In addition, SPR have produced its own drivers code of conduct for league racing which all drivers are expected to confirm they have read and understood.

Championship Points

Championship points will be awarded to the top 10 drivers that finish in the Sprint Race

10, 9 , 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Championship Points will be awarded to the top 14 drivers that finish in the Feature Race

20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Additional points will be awarded to drivers with the lowest average incident points over the duration of a season. Drivers must complete at least 5 of the 7 races to qualify.

Incidents

Sprint race will allow a driver 14 incidents points before disqualification.

Feature race will allow a driver 17 incident points before disqualification.

You may protest another driver using the protest form. This will be reviewed by a panel of stewards within 24 hours. Post-race incident points may be aplpied in line with the SPR Codes of Practice.
